Fish Business

I am doing business of fish.Problem is that when i take fish from fisherman and store for near about 3 to 4 hours and than give it to company but when i reach to company the weight of fish deduct to half.
ex:if i take 3 kg from fisherman it becomes 2 kg after 3 for hours when i reach company.do any one know solution or any chemical which increase of fish.

If you are transporting the fresh fish only 3 to 4 hours away, then freezing the fish would not be a good idea. People like fresh fish better and frozen fish. What elshaddai123 says about using a freezer truck is good information, only make sure it does not partially freeze the fish. I am not familiar with freezer trucks so I don't know if you can set the temperature on them. But this way the fish will contain their value in water weight as well as their value in freshness. you should define the price taking this into count. the weight is low you will have to lose you money. you do the business for earning some money. but you have to carry the fish from seaman to the company. so you have to raise the price when you sell them out.
