tyra trying to be oprah???

i watch tyra show everday and i love her. i adore her so much, she's so gorgeous, and smart. but there's times when i notice that she's trying to be like oprah. but still i love tyra, and oprah!!!

hiya i think oprah helped tyra out when she was starting out and i think tyra has mentioned that oprah is her mentor..so obviously its inly natural that tries to emulate oprah at times. but i like tyra's show better it is definitely is more light hearted and sweet. Would nt yáll agree.?!

I agree. When I first began watching Tyra, I really wasn't feeling her Oprah act. Actually, I wanted to throw a shoe at the television. Now, don't get me wrong, I like Oprah, but can't nobody be Oprah. But, I like Tyra now. She has definitely grown on me. And, quite honestly, her show is much more refreshing to watch because it's younger and hipper. Sorry, Oprah!

i see what you mean...kinda. I do love Tyra but at times i find her to be a bit hypocritical. I do enjoy her show "America's Next Top Model" alot though, i must watch it every week religiously. Anyway, i don't believe i see Tyra ever becoming as big of a tv star as "Oprah", but she defiantly appeals more to the teen set, while Oprah appeals more to the housewives of America.
