Would you rather have one best friend or many friends?

i'd rather have one close friend... to be honest i've always had bigger groups with many friends---- probably me finding it hard to trust people! XDDD Also, for example if you're falling down a cliff--- the other friends would call the police, but your close friend would risk their life to pull you out. which would you rather have?

i think one should have only one best friend...whom with he/she can share all his/her feelings.it must be a true friend.one can have many friends but out of those you should choose your closest to be the best one.

I would rather have one close, true friend, than many who I am not very close with. It is important to have someone who you can trust, talk to and be yourself with, and who you can turn to when you need help. That is more important to me than just going out to have fun.
