Yes, I will still consider them as my friend, though we didn't communicate and meet for a very long time.
One thing I like about friendship is that it really lasts for long no matter what.:-)

Yes of course, I have best friend who live very far away from me, she is in Asia and I am living in Europe. But it does not mean that we don't know each other anymore. We always send emails so we can keep in touch. And when I will go back to Asia for holiday, I always meet her and her family too.

I most definitely consider a long lost friend of mine a friend. They were my friend before we lost touch and even though I've grown apart from my old friends they still have a special place in my heart. :)

obviously i do consider my best friends as the best friends till date.its quite obvious that people will be busy in their life and work, however this never leaves any impact on friendship, since we all understand this fact very well.finding a best friends is really too hard and losing them is all the more toughest for me.i am living in a different country however me and my partner are always in contact with our friends.

Yes of course.. friendship is for life.. they become part of your life so friends will remain as friends.. and its good to hang around with friends too talk about the times that you were still a kid ,do foolish things around..hangin out with the boys...playing around with the sprinkler and throwing garbage to the next door neighbour.. i mean reminscing those simple funny times is always good.. makes you feel younger even more.. Friends remains to be friends...

a friend will always be a friend. but a best friend is always be there for you. so i don't know if this applies to a best friend who has been away and have not been seen for a long time. a best friend is someone we grew up with. so s/he can be away but not in some of the most important occassions like wedding and birthdays. in my case, i oftentimes see my best friend.

I have a long, lost friend when I was in college. We've met in Baguio City and became so close for 2 years. When I came back to my hometown, we exchange letters and call each other. Until she went to other country, she still finds time to send me letters. She even made me one of the godmother of her daughter. After some time our communication broke off and until now I am still searching her on some networks but I couldn't find her. I'm still hoping we could meet someday even in cyber.
