they will hurt their babies if they are stressed out, or if you have another rabbit in with the mother.
You can get a rabbit neutered or spayed and they live a much longer life, not to mention you don't have to worry about babies, and the rabbit is less stressed.

Much less dangerous than a ferocious dog, or a disease carrying iguana, ayou82, why would a rabbit be dangerous? They don't usually bite unless they are frightened, or smell food on your hand, and while their claws tend to be sharp, you can keep from being scratched by learning how to hold a rabbit properly---never, ever pick one up by its ears, this is harmful to the rabbit. A very small one can be picked up by the scruff of the neck like a small kitten, but after they get bigger, this tends to be hurtful to the rabbit, and so they will scratch to get you to let them go. The proper way to pick up a bigger rabbit is with both hands, one under the chest and the other under the rear. My daughters' rabbits love to be picked up and cuddled, and the biggest one is also the biggest pet! Her name is Spicy and she will even play in the yard with the cat!

Rabbits are especially cute animals and i have one at home as a pet. It is snow white in color.

I think rabbits are adorable. I used to have one as a pet, but she was too much work to take care of, changing the cage bedding every day, letting her out to exercise, food, water...

I have two indoor rabbits, they are great. House trained and everything. One is so good I can take him outside in the fields and grass no leash or nothing, he never leaves my side and follows me everywhere, he's also rather large (15lbs). I think they are the cutest.

My school had a few rabbits and I volunteered to take one over the summer once. They're very cute and I think they make great pets when properly handled.

i am loving them,coz i fostered a rabbit. rabbits have emotion as us,but they ain't speak. i think they r not pets,they r friends.
