what you gonna do if you receiving annoying PM?

Hello plumwish. If I in you shoes, I will tell him that I love and glad to be his friend(at first). Then answered all the question that he sent to me and tell him that I regret for approve him as my friend. Then I will delete him from my list! and every discussion that he started I will rate him with negative mark! Surely he will not giving the annoying massage to me again.REMEMBER(16 years old lie) fuhh!! I am tired lying.lol! HAPPY LUCKY. **prettyhanan**

Hello! That really sucks! I hate receiving annoying PMs too. Most of the time I just ignore it, sometimes I do reply politely and ask what the PM is all about or whatever and if he/she replies in an annoying way, always remember there's a "delete" button and it has a use..so use it. One should learn the techniques of tolerance. I just ignore rathern than throwing a stone at filth.

Just tell him nicely that his pms are becoming annoying. If you ignore it he will keep sending them.

I haven't come across that problem but I think what I'd do is first tell him you don't want to receive these PM's and if it still continues I'd definitely delete him from my friends list. I haven't had to delete anyone from mine so far so apparently this person is no friend of mine...thank God, I guess...lol! It's a shame but there's always some who will abuse a site like myLot! Well, the best thing to do it to ignore that annoying person... but if he/she persist... tell that person bluntly that you are not interested in what he/she is offering you... but if that person still persist...then i think it is time for you to delete him/her on your friends list... Usually they would stop if you just ignore them... but some can really be a pain... aand they become equivalent to a stalker...

I will straight away delete those meaningless rubbish messages. If he still keeps on disturbing me, I then will scrape him off from my friends list. I think it is not necessary for me to waste time to give him advance notification before I remove him from the list.

I find that ignoring it usually works for most people. Sure there are some that are more persistent and in that case I usually message the person back explaining that I didn't appreciate the message and please not to send anymore. If that doesn't work, then sure, deleting the person from the friends list might work. But, all in all, I think people get the message the first time. Sometimes they don't even realize they're annoying others with the message and they stop if they're asked.

I might as well do the same thing that you did. I will warn that person to stop sending me annoying message and if he doesn't stop then I will definitely delete him on my list.

i think i would delete the person,but it also depends on how annoying or what his reason was.If he meant to be annoying it's different than when he didn't meant to be annoying. So maybe if you know his answer and give him a chance or not.it really depends. But if he continues i would really delete him

There should be an option to block this person from sending you messages. I know some websites offer such features 'though I haven't checked all features yet of myLot. But this should only be your last resort. I mean if you have deleted him from your friends, he could still have a way of sending you messages or posting a response to your discussions...

If you tell him politely that he did mistake and you are not liking such type of mail, real friend will beg a pardon and would not do it again. Though if he again do it again then before delete him from you list inform mylot staff with copy of that mail so that more member cannot feel disturbance from that odd guy. You see if you have a nice decorated room some dust will enter into it, you sweep it, so think that annoying mail as a dust of internet and sweep it or hate it thinking it a internet wastes - do not feel uneasy.

for me,i will just delete those annoying messages and remove the person from my friend list because they didn't know what the meaning of "respect" and how to respect others.i won't waste my time to giving them any lesson,it should be their parents,teachers and theirself to responsible on their own manner and behavior.

I have the same problem and think we all do. I hate getting a pm asking me to join some site under someone. The correct way is to put the links in our profiles. When I get them I usually ignore them or send them a short note thanking them but saying I belong to enough sites and don't want or need any more.

Well, if by "annoying" you mean sending referral link I almost always ingnote it but that won't make me delete him from my friend list. But if someone sends me giberish or offensive mails I will get rid of him for sure.
