How to get referrals for any site including mylot ?

Hi I am in terrible confusion on how to get referrals for sites including mylot. I am trying but I could not succeed either on any way. Some one can suggest me any thing ?

what is signature lines can you tell me more what that does and i do know other ones too safelists don't work for me

Signature line is when you add the referral links on the signature area in forums so that it will appear below any posts in a forum.

ok so every time I post this, mylot deletes it, which makes no sense to me since they want a lot of people to join their site, i don't know why they wouldn't want us to get referrals, but i'll try it again anyway. go here http://www.trafficswarm.com/go.cgi?704266 and sign up. Put your referral link from here for everyone to see there, and every time you view other people's links, you earn credits, which in turn makes your link viewable by others, so they can come sign up here!!! Hope this helps. The traffic site is totally free and really easy.
