Even though I have a roommate in my townhouse, I am still the only who replaces the toilet paper. In my opinion, since I am allowing him to live in my townhouse that we should take turns on getting more toilet paper for my home. It should not be just me. But since we need it and he does not buy any himself, I have to do it. I am also the one who puts more toilet paper on the roller as well. If I do not do it, it stays there empty.

It seems like everytime I go to the bathroom I have to stumple around with my pants around my ankles to get the toilet paper. My husband and my 4 daughters never replace the toilet paper when they use it all. I am always the one who puts the new paper on the holder. It drives me crazy also. I need to find some way to train them to replace the roll. Thought about just carrying a roll with me and then when they go potty they will have to find their own.

It has been my hobby and routine to replace the tissue when the rolls run out. It has been part of my household chores and seeing that no tissue was there at the holder is like an incomplete task that I have done in a day.

Nope, there is somebody assigned to do it. I am not into tissue papers that much. I still rely on rinsing. I am not used in depending on tissues that much.

That's why you need to buy the double rolls. Then you wouldn't be replaceing it as often. I buy the four rolls in one, made by Charmin. Then I only have to change it every 5 days or so. There is only me and my hubby, now, and he won't change it and it used to infuriate me. Now it saves arguments because I don't mind as much since it is less often.

I am at my house (i'm the only one there) so it doesn't frustrate me then. If i'm visiting someone else's house and theres no tp on the roll i HATE having to put it on i feel so rude having to either look for it to put it out or..ask for some thats just embarrassing. A guest shouldn't have to look for tp!

Since I am the only one here besides my two cats..i have accepted that as one of my many household chores..The only thing the cats can do when it comes to toilet paper is throw it all over the floor;)

Most of the time, yes. It can be annoying sometimes...but I do so much else around the house, I figure...what's one more thing?

What an adorable topic! I sometimes have nightmares about the "things we don't talk about" such as being stranded in the bathroom with no TP an nobody to holler at to bring you some. I guess it's for that reason I make sure there's some extra within reach in both bathrooms at all times...lol. I'm the one who always does this because I don't trust anyone else to do it.

Well, since I'm about the only one that uses that bathroom I guess its fitting that I have to change the roll - because I am the one using the stuff except for the rare occassion that the other bathroom is occupied when someone else needs to use one.

Hi gwendovere! haha..me too! I am the one who usually replaces the toilet paper and if the roll runs out and I was not able to notice it, my husband will always say, "sweetheart there's no more toilet paper in the dispenser." haha..My husband is so helpless with those small chores, I really don't know why? LOL! Take care and have a nice day. :)
