my friend the main reason for discussions getting deleted are links and some other discussion might be cuz u are asking something about links or referrals no my lot cant read all the discussion,,wht they must be doing is tht ,they must have feeded an algorithm which has all the keywords of wht they dont except,,if it matches completely then ur discussion gets deleted or marked so that they can delete it, and i guess this algo must run once in a day.. so if i say something indirectly there is a chance of my discussion remainin there anyways this wht i think thnx and tc keep postin/ratin

I think it is not possible to read all discussions.But,i think they are monitoring all discussions by using some algorithms.

I strongly believe that it is not at all possible for them to read so many discussions. may be user wise they ead some, but not all.

I don't think so. Otherwise Mylot will hire much more staff to do so. And it is so hard for them to read all of the posts anyway. And it is not so meaningful but has a high cost.

hi, Well the discussion and the thought behind that is cool, i liked the topic..i rate it +. I donot think that they would be goin through the discussions these days as the number of population is going on increasing in a very rapid manner in our mylot famliy.So its impossible for them to check the discussions..i feel that there will be a software which would be programmed to give one cent evry time a user responses or comments or starts a discussion or uploads a photo. There culd be certain more constraints attached as well like the qunatity of the words used, etc. May be prior when there was less of population as well as less participation than they would have had read the discussions and given the points accordingly.

This is another of the myLot mysteries. Just how many moderators are there that read the discussions? Do they read every one that's been reported as well? Do they read just certain ones that are reported? How does the deletion of a discussion actually occur is one that MANY members would love the answer to. I think they do, otherwise we wudn't have a rating alongside our name here on mylot.. They also check for responses that don't follow the mylot guidelines and delete them.. But I think they wud definately be having some sort of a software that enables them to do such a difficult task...

It is not possible to read all our discussions.....buit they do really monitors the discussions by some means.For example if you do not respect the guidelines they delete your discussion.

i am not sure if they can read all our discussions...i mean, there are more than 100,000 mylot member...and if each one has 10 posts a day, that makes it a million...so if ever they read our our posts, they can't read ALL...
