Do you like Summer or Winter?and why?

I like winter because we get enargy to work and make khana.We can eat khana with enterest.And in summer we can not eat more khana.We can wear woolan sweter nad we do work nicely.

I like winter. Summer heat is intolerable in this country (UAE) and I cannot do anything when I am on site. But, in winter, one can protect oneself by wearing winter clothes unlike summers. There are many ways to protect from cold. I enjoy going out in winters and enjoy the cool breeze near sea side.

winter. it is very cozy. And whe you are cold you can put on more clothing or wrap up in a blanket but sometime it is just too hot and you almost have to be naked and even that doesn't help.

i like winter the most. because in our country it is the most good one. its not so cold like freezing but very pleasant. summer is very hot here. so i don't like it.

Winter is my favorite of the two. The weather is a lot cooler so I can open up my window to let it into my room. It's nice being under the covers trying to get warm again lol. Plus all the fun decorations that can be seen everywhere. And the fun Christmas music and holiday shows/movies. It's just a time for fun!

When i was young, i like winter very much, because in that season, we can play in the snow, and the most important was that spring festival is in winter, and we could get many money and gifts from parents and relatives as the western countries children do in Christmas... Now i am not young anymore, but i dont like the winter, because it is too cold and brings too much inconvenience to our life. For summer, i think i hate summer, because it is too cold, you even can not live happily if you dont have the air-conditioner, but i like swimming in summer=) I like spring, Autumn is also ok, but it is too bleak. Anyway, we have 4 season, and we are unable to choose, we have to get used to them no matter we like or not

I would choose winter. I love the cold. I am a polar bear, I like it cold and the colder the better. I love cold showers any time of the year. I almost never use hot water for anything other than washing dishes or clothes. I love the fashions that come out each winter. The warm fuzzy slippers, the cute pjs, the coats are so beautiful. Only in the winter can you wear your furs and I would want to wear my furs all the time, so winter is the winner with me.

I prefer the summer. I like the warmth of the sun on my head making it feel warm and comfortable as I walk around. Warm days are comfortable and hot days make me feel really happy. I like the long summer evenings when the air temperature stays warm and the sky stays light until really late. It is lovely to wear a summer dress or a cotton blouse and shorts. I enjoy seeing the sun shining on the water when I go to the seaside. It can look like a thousand diamonds. The sea temperature is cool and it can be lovely and refreshing on a hot day. I like to go on holiday to tropical places. I went to the Seychelles and thought it had the perfect climate. It was 24 degrees with a soft breeze. It was fantastic to bathe and swim in the sea. One day it began to rain and it felt wonderful to be in the warm bath water like sea and fell cool rain drops coming down. Air conditioning was good when I was in Darwin in Australia. It was hot and humid there. The people in Belize thought they had a cold spell so told them to try the UK in January. It don't like it when it is cold, my feet hurt and shiver.

Well, being a winter baby, i guess that's why i prefer winter! I mean, i figure, in winter, you can always add on more clothes & sit in front of a heater with a blanket & stay nice & toastie. However, in Summer, you can only take so many clothes off before you could offend someone!!! I guess in summer you're more restricted with what you can do, some things just cant be done properly or at all when it's so hot. Here in Australia the Summer's are ridiculously hot so i prefer to be doing my thing in winter, than be doing those same things during one of our scorching summer days!

More sunshine the better! I will take Summer over any of the other seasons. I do not really mind heat but I hate cold! I do not like when it gets darks so early either. I love all the sunny days of summer. Where I live it rains so much in the Spring and Fall that I do not want to leave the house.

I like summer, mainly because the sun stays out longer. It's so much easier to cool down during the summer than it is to warm up during the winter. Also, I work at night, so I hate driving to and from work on snowy and icy roads.

I like summer too!I am from China.I like summer because in summer we will have a long holiday!!As a student,nobody do not like holiday.

You're right about the summer time and if you are in upper and lower regions of the equator like Europe, Canada, Southern Africa, etc then you get to experience very long daylight, which gives you more time to outdoor stuffs. Although I like the snow in winter specially if the sun is shining and the snow is as fine as powder then this is the perfect winter, still I miss the breezy weather of summer. So I guess between summmer and winter, I'd still choose summer since I came from an island where it's like holiday all year round (except when there's a storm lol hehehe)

Am lucky my country doesnt have those seasons, we just have the rainy and dry seasons-the rainy seasons have no snows, it is just rain and the temperature could be terribly warm on those days. The dry seasons are very hot with clear skies, life in the village is sweeter during the dry season. Lots of hunting and honey in the dry season.

summer, by a long shot! I can't stand cold weather.

i love the spring and summer probably like pretty much every one else!. i live in canada and we have extremes in temperature. in the summer it gets into the 90s and hot and sticky and the winter, well, it gets pretty cold. but even though the winter is cold, i prefer it because you eat warm food, wear cozy sweaters and the weather is perfect for snuggling!

Winter. I find winter to be more relaxing and cozy than summer. In summer people barely wear clothes and are all hot and sweaty. Then you have to live in a pool or air conditioning. On, the other hand I love winter because you can cuddle with people and wear fun clothes like scarves and gloves and jackets and on cold snowy days you can stay indoors and watch movies and such. Cover up in blankets, it's just great.

I always love summer because it's the time to go to the beach and have a tan:) We don't have a winter here so it's always summer. Christmas is nearly coming and it's cold every night very comfortable to sleep. When i'm in Macau i also experience winter but no ice you know what i mean it's getting colder and sometimes i didn't take a bath. lol. I prefer summer my friend so i can take a bath everyday because in winter you barely wet yourself:)

I like both: Summer is hot, it's holiday time, you get to go the beach, have fun, go out and wear sexy clothes. The food is lighter, the weather lets you do crazy staff and hang out in pool bars, and you just can't stay put, or get "locked" in the house. While winter is cold, but still you spend more time at home with friends and family, you get warm with your blanky, make out with your other half to get warm, and the weather is just amazing! Spending time next to a window watching the rain or the snow is something great for me!
