are we women addicted to mirrors?

Well, I have to admit that I do that all the time. I just want to make sure my hair and my make up are okay. I guess ladies are more concern about their appearances than guys.

to me, nope, i don't think it's addiction, it's just called for on certain situations that we, both men and women, have to make sure we look personable. at home, i just look at myself in the mirror to make sure i'm beautiful for my hubby, hehe. but at work, i need to check on my appearance more, especially when i have a lot of customer/business dealings that day coz i sort of represent the company's image. however, i do know that some people are too conscious about their appearance on a personal basis, especially teens who like to fit in their group, or to show their individuality, or simply to be accepted. and if it's vanity or narcism, then the mirror would certainly be an addiction.

I have one mirror in my bathroom, and my daughter has a mirror. Most of the time it doesn't occur to me to personally look in a mirror, unless I'm going somewhere important... Though at times I must admit I catch myself staring at the preponderance of mirrors in some stores... So I'm not so sure if I'm addicted or not..
