I can not remember the last day I was not sick in one way or another! I am ALWAYS sick, and it sucks! I'll share my latest time line of sickness with you... I had a cold for 2 weeks, got better for...no more than 2 days before I got The Stomach Flu! I had the stomach flu for 3 days, and on the day after my stoamch flu I woke up with another cold! My colds give me headaches, sore throat, sore nose...they are very uncomfortable. I am still semi sick with this most recent cold. Anyone else like this?

You must be lacking of something here lily, that I know dieting is not the proper answer for this one. Your body resistance seem low, you have to take supplements and vitamins as well. I believe you mentioned that you also excercise, that could also be a reason since you could be suffering from over-fatigue. The best tip I can offer to you is, drink more water everyday and juices because they'll cleanse your body and replenish lost water while performing such activites.

Well I defeniatly get a good water intake, and I'll keep at it! :) I could probably drink more juice though, I only do that occasionally. Thanks for the tips!

Hi,there! I'm sorry to hear that you're always sick. I once had the experience that I coughed for a long time, like more than two or three months. That was really suffering,so I can understand how your felt right now. Are you always like this? Then maybe you should drink more water and eat more vegtables and fruits every day so that it helps you to fight against the sickness and protect you from being affected.Best wishes and I hope you'll get well soon:)

It sounds like you have the flu and not just a cold and that is quite bad. Here is a link with some information. http://www.emedicinehealth.com/flu_in_adults/article_em.htm So apart from going to the doctor, you should drink water, chicken soup, and anything containing potassium and sodium. Bananas and orange juice is quite good. You are getting it because you may be inside for quite a lot and it is winter. It is not something bad that happened to you, the flu goes around and even very healthy people who go to the spa all the time can get it.

Well I already drink lots of waters and I eat bananas whenever we have them, so I'm ahead of the game! Yay hehe. =P Ek! I hope I don't have the flu, I'm not sure if it feels bad enough to be the flu. I don't remember if I've ever gotten the flu before or not, but isn't it suppose to be really bad? Thank you for the information! :)

That is really terrible for you. I can't imagine being sick that long. The most that I could probably tolerate without going out of my mind is 4days. Good that i usually have colds for 2-3days tops. I just drink lots of hot lemon juice and water. It seems to do the trick for me.

I wish my cold lasted only a few days! That would be great! lol. You're lucky! I always drink lots of water though, but never with lemon juice. Isn't lemon juice...icky? hehe.

I'm never sick! Haven't had a medical checkup in 35 years. I believe in Good health. In fact thats what I'm all about...... I notice you can hardly wait to brag about your most recent (self induced) illness. This is typical of most (sick) People.I believe all illness begins in the head! yes we make ourselves sick, and by the same token we can make ourselves better. Get rid of those negative thoughts! Banish them from your mind! Dwell on Healthy thoughts. Eat healthy food, get lots of healthy exercise, indulge in Healthy sleep. And Be Healthy! God Bless!

Wow! You are lucky! Never needing even a medical check up for 35 years?? I didn't mean to be bragging about this, and I didn't do anything to make myself sick, it isn't self induced O.o :/ I always try to stay positive; and I do eat healthy and exercise. And I sleep the best I can. So I really don't think any of that is the problem. Thank you for the comment! :)

Thank you! :) It is getting colder here, that's probably contributing to my colds lol. Aww, it must be awful for your kids, and you, when they're sick! Hopely they stay healthy now...or get better if they happen to be sick right now =P lol.

I am so sorry to hear this. It sounds like you need to work on building your immune system. You also need to see a doctor and ask for advice on some things that might help. Also, never forget that prayer works great.

I was like that in my late teens & early 20's. I discovered what I had were allergies - mostly to foods. Then I started to hurt. This hurt, then THAT hurt and then this again. Then something new. Ache, ache, ache, I felt like I lived at the doctor's office, but I was always feeling bad. Then I discovered I had fibromyalgia, and a torn rotator cuff and along with the body aches my allergies cause, AND the sick building I worked in, I was always feeling bad. Since I retired and got away from the sick building (and the sicker employee/new supervisor) I've done MUCH better.
