Pattaya Thailand - have you been there ?

Hi everybody,
i would like to know, if anyone of you at myLot, know something about Pattaya in Thailand.
If you do, let us know what do you think and what is your experience.
I have personaly spend many months in last few years, so if you have something on your mind, we can have a little talk.

I have not personnaly been to much of Pattaya, but from what my friends say, and they have been there on stopovers on cruises, it is indeed one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sadly, it is starting to get overrun by burgeoning tourist numbers and that is runining the scenic beauty of the place.
