Please explain some things about paypal to me...

I want to know what is the difference between personal and premium account? do you have to pay a monthly/yearly fee for premium account? is there any way to lift the limit of payment i can make (i think it max payment is 100$) without verifying the account (because i do not have a credit card and do not wish to have one). is there a way to verify an account without credit card? All help will is appreciated and will be rewarded (from mylot hehehe ;)

There is not a fee for a premium account, but they do take a precentage of any money paid into your account, plus a small processing fee. This percentage is taken out regardless if you are getting paid by mylot or if you have sold something on ebay. Unless you are selling a lot of things online or need to be able to take credit card payments frequently, you probably only need a personal account. There is no fee to send or recieve money (except credit card payments into the account) with a personal acount. If you don't have a credit card, you can link a bank account or debit card to your paypal to verify your personal account. This also allows you to transfer your money to and from your paypal account to your bank account for free. Hope this helps.

Can you link a bank account outside the US? I live in Argentina and I have no idea how to cash out my paypal money...

No premier account is free. Personal account don't give good features. And to get Mylot payment you need to have a Premier Account to get PayPal payment. Hope this info was helpful to you and enjoy your stay here at mylot!
