What is the easiest way to lose weight?

Many people think I'm not fat, but I feel I'm very fat. so I find many methods to lose weight, I failed. Do you have the effective method?

Water. Lots and lots of water. With fruits and veggies as the main of your meal. I found this great site online too that is REALLY helpful. i don't really know if this works but i saw some tv show earlier about weight loss. they tried the atkin's low carb diet i think... it's where you don't eat carb's at all like bread, rice and potatoes or anything that has great amount of carbohydrates in it and seeing the effect on them the change is really great in just two weeks i think. they've gotten really skinny. All of their family members are now living the low carb diet or no carb's at all and they are really losing weight. so maybe you could check that out and try it! ^_^ best wishes!

Eat healthy, in moderation, drink plenty of water, and get exercisee every day. There is no perfect weight, what looks good on one person won't on another's body. It shouldn't be about the numbrs on the scale or in your clothes anyway, it should be about feeling healthy and full of energy.

I did try few months ago, to chance my habits. I tried not to take junk food but more healthy food, like fruits juices and vegetables. And try not to eat too late in the night. I lose about 5 kilograms in about two weeks. I will do this method again, since I still need to lose more weight.You want to try my method?

The reason most people don'tlose weight is because they find it hard to eat less for a long period of time. I think the best way to lose is by controlling which liquids you drink. If you drink 5 glasses of fluids a day, each having 100 calories, thats 3500 calories a week (500 x 7). 3500 calories equals one pounds. So if you consume only fluids with zero calories, you should lose one pound a week without changing the amount of food you eat. But do continue to get calcium from milk or another source.
