Your approach to celebrating a birth day is the best-putting God in your celebration with prayer and meditation is good for your spirirtual well being. If you imagine that God protected you to this birthday, yet many of your peers have not made it to this day, then you have a big reason to put God first the way you are doing every birthday you celebrate. I bring God into my birthday celebrations every year, but i usually make it a family affair with a few friends. I have two sons, who start reminding me about my birth day two weeks in advance and they make it a point we as a family celebrate it. Thanks for this discussion

Hello and accept my wishes for a very happy birthday and a prosperous year for you. I too was born on 23rd but the month is october. I say my prayers daily and on my birthday i go to the gaoshala and feed cattle. I do make a cake at home or buy one and celebrate the day with my family members. Normally we go out for a dinner together that day and presents are on my way especially the one which i ger from my daughter a hand made birthday card.

Like you I am also happy to celebrate my birthday when it comes. I will celebrate my birthday in a simple way. I and my loving wife together with my 2 little cute kids. We go out for dinner and have some malling or some play in the amusement center. And that is how I spend the all day of my birthday. Maybe, it will happen only once a year in my life.
