I got to meet Garth in `93

Had alot of fun at fan fair 93....always loved Garth but i have gotten into more then just Garth now i listen to everything. Back in 93 i went to fan fair and got to go backstage while standing tehre an unexpected guest showed up Garth and Sandy and there first born. Garth was so nice we got to take lots of pictures and get autographs it was really cool. We met many stars and got to eat lunch with them then after the arista records show we got to go back to the fan fair and met more stars but i would do it again in a heart beat i cant wait for my son to grow up hopefully that event is still going on!!!!

You met one of my heroes! And I have to say, that sounds just like everything I have ever heard about Garth - a very gracious individual and classy gentleman... true talent surpassed only by his heart. I remember one fan fair ('97, I believe) in which he signed autographs for his fans for 23 hours (no bathroom breaks)... incredible. What an unforgettable experience that must have been for you! I am sure you'll cherish the memory forever.

I am so jealous. I have always wanted to meet Garth. I went to concert around that same time but was not lucky enough to have back stage passes.
