Hi supriyorajj. Silent or sudden heart attack is also called as 'heart paroxysm'. It is due to high level bad cholesterol or medically known as LDL - Low Density of Lipoprotein. When too much LDL (bad) cholesterol circulates in the blood, it can slowly build up in the inner walls of the arteries that feed the heart and brain. Together with other substances, it can form plaque, a thick, hard deposit that can narrow the arteries and make them less flexible. And this condition is known as ATHEROSCLEROSIS. If a clot forms and blocks a narrowed artery, heart attack or stroke can result. It can be determined through a blood test. To obviate this heart paroxysm, we have to reduce taking high cholesterol type of foods and regular appropriate exercise. And I have one tip for our daily intake to reduce the cholesterol level by taking one garlic*(see last paragraph) for twice in a day. Better to take it morning and night time. The most cheapest and easy available stuff. This is my experience talking and not my tongue talking after I have been warded for 7 days in the hospital for my high cholesterol level, anemia and appendix. *Method to prepare garlic: you have to bake it until it has no longer unpleasant smell of garlic and hot. If you have microwave make thing much better, because you only have to set the timer for only 3 minutes. This way you will enjoy eating that garlic, delicious and no more hot like chili. I take it every day and prepare it in bulk, put it into my tupperware container as my stock in my fridge. HAPPY DAPPY.
