Oh, I love Chinese food. Some of my favorite dishes are: beef (or chicken) and broccoli, chicken and mushrooms, sweet and sour chicken (or pork), lo mein, fried rice, garlic shrimp, szechuan scallops, sesame chicken, crispy duck, fried dumplings, egg rolls... It's so good. Every New Years day I get Chinese food.

There are several reasons for me to love Chinese dishes. First of all it is my native dishes and I am used to take them since my childhood. There are lots of varieties with different unique ways of traditional cooking with lots of ingredients as well. In fact some of the grand dishes were derived from the palace recipes. Chinese dishes are fascinated with the richness of varieties, so called they include the most precious items from the mountains and from the seas. One of them is steamed lobster. I do like those country dishes which are simple and tasty like steamed pork with salted fish, sweet and sour ginger trotter. All of them are really yummy ...

Chinese food is TASTY. My fave is sweet and sour sauce chicken or pork or fish. Anything with sweet and sour sauce will be SO tasty. ;-D
