Before you can overcome your anger you first have to realise why you are angry in the first place .
Is it because we do not like the other persons actions.
or what .
For me i have learnt to just step back take a few deep breaths to calm myself and think about what it is that made me angry and to see if i can change this or if it`s best just to let it go or better still how to prevent me from becomming angry ie look at what has made me angry in a different aspect to see if i can change my attitude to this particular situation ( i`m not sure what has caused you to become angry for me it is usually my kids )
Meditation is another good tool and this could only mean ten minutes at the beginning and end of each day .
Find something to relax you music is another thing .

i ahve to say i leave what every is making me angery and just take sometime to my self. I breath in and out. some times i scream but not often. Sometimes a person just quite time.

I overcome my anger and frustrations without hurting anyone or anything. I scream into my pillow, or punch and kick a rolled up sleeping bag. As silly as it sounds, it really helps.
