What kind of present would you get for your nice new neighbors?

If you have a nice family who just moved into the neighborhood. You are new too in this fairly new home division. How can you start up a friendship with the new neighbors? If you want to make them your friends so that you can watch out for one another when you are not home, what do you do to build a relationship with them? What kind of present would you get them to welcome them to your neighborhood?

I think, a souvenier or a painting would be my first choice.

Don't think what they like but think what you like to give them with honest.
It's a symbol of new friendship. It means nothing but friends is very worthy.
I don't what knid to choose anyway but for me I will choose something like a view of a waterfall, or a paintings of a cool mountain.

It is funny you said that. I use to have a shop of my own and I use to sell some paintings in there. I have about a handful left and I have one of a waterfall and one of a mountain with flowers. Thanks for the comment.
