I think you need to change all the thing you use starting from. 1. His sabon, (Detergent soap) 2. Water( you need to buy new filter ) 3. Lotion( Use Sebamed, doctor recommended its friendly product) 4.separate all his thing to wear and dont let him use people use already or he will use. 5. Also, I know someone who just uses Eucerin, which isn't even medicated or anything, and has great luck.
