Hi i want to know best software testing school in NCR region India?

Hi i am a webdeveloper and want to change my profile to software testing and quality assurance .I want to join atesting school for skiil grooming and placements but i cannt find out the reliable institute which gives mw 100% assurance of my placement in NCR or anywhere.I also want to know what is starting package of of a software tester?

the experience is more important than study in school. if you really want to change you profile to testing and QA. i suggest that you could chat with your manager about change your position from develop to test in your company. it's easy to make comprehension.
