...do you read the bible?!

I try to remember to read it to my son out loud. Even though he plays while I read it I do want him to grow up and love God like I do. When I am not reading it to him and we're out in about I tell him God made this and that. He even knows that God and the angels live in heaven now. I love that he is learning and I am trying to learn more for mine and his benefit.

At this time, not often. I really finding some time to read the bible. I hope that i will definitely have some time reading it again...

I tried to read Bible, I have read first two Gospels in NT. I'm not a Christian, I like to understand about other religious beliefs. I'm a Muslim, I have read our holy book Quran with meanings many times :), It's a different feeling, Quran differs very much from any normal book, It's direct words of God revealed to Prophet Mohammad. Ya! we used to read it after our daily prayers and after hearing it for so many years i tend to remember most to the things from the bible, so even though i dont read bible you can say i'm familiar with lot of the things in bible! we have bible quiz in our church and i'll be participating in it next year and wanna do good in that!

I agree that reading the BIBLE is the story of GOD and gives more lessons, but not only that, it also explains and tell something about the past, about the creations, and what GOD's do...It also may lead you to a brighter future... If you want to learn about our BEloved Father, we must start reading with our whole heart, mind and soul concentrating on it, why wait? Do it as early before it's too late...

I agree with you. We will learn a lot from reading a bible.We will learn a lot from every stories that you will read there. You will learn the lesson that is there. It is good that we do it... its good that we know the bible. You can find a lot of words of wisdom there. I know because I did.

I try to read it every day. I'm reading it from cover to cover. I try to take notes so I can keep track of thoughts and impressions while I'm reading. I've learned a lot from reading the Bible.

I enjoy reading the bible. I also enjoy reading a children's bible that I bought for my daughter. She is unable to read because she's only 1 but I like to read it to her. Usually my hubby reads it to us. I agree with you on reading the bible and getting to know God. To seek for his guidance and love. But I know some people who reads the bible daily and often. She even preach it to people. But she is like a joke. She preach it but she is no where near a good person. Her heart is gray not black meaning she is not evil. But she is not loving too. She tells everyone to love God and say things like God Bless you my dear but she be doing things to hurt people and steal from her own family. So, I would say it is very important for them to follow God and actually listen to him and not just read and spit out what they read.
