How do you choose a PTC program?

I am looking to find some new PTC programs. But how do you choose? I have joined a few and they turned out to be more trouble than they are worth, or no cash, only buy ads or banners. I want cash, don't care about downlline,(nice if i get it but not a deciding factor) and of course at least 1 centers, but of course also, will do less. I have been looking at the year the site started and so many are 2007 so there is no history to look at. I don't want to do the ones that require my PP addy as I want to see if is what I want before I put my personal addys out there. The ones I am currently one, did not ask for that. I only had to put that once I was ready to cash out. So... how do you choose? If you have any you'd like to offer me - please just type the name of the site in a reply as I am already on several. sites. If I want to join your suggestion, I will email you and join under you.
