The lower you position yourself, the closer you have access to succeed.

I perceived that lesson when i played table tennis last evening. At first, i failed lots of times when i tried to drop shot. Then, i tired to adjust my posture. I made it eventurally.
i cannot help think the same. when we position ourselves lower,in other words, when we are modest, not pompus, in front of people or matter, we tend to succeed in the end.
That is only my own opinion. how about you?

Positioning yourself lower is a gesture that you are preparing yourself to attack the next bounce of the ball, that is, when it is served by your opponent.
It is a correct position to receive the ball, bending your knees and doing lots of "foot work" that one may be able to take a shot correctly wherever place the ball may go.
Hitting the ball correctly is proper shot, swinging in the right curve, and doing a good foot work will improve your skills in ping pong.
One must be confident in playing.
A player must be graceful, for playing this game is like dancing.
The player therefore must know the basic of dancing the ping pong game!
