working in same company, at first you just say hi and hello, sometimes doesnt even care, and from then a attraction was started, what will you do? continue or ignore it?

It depends on how strong the attraction was and how you will culture the feelings, first you should consider the possible affection of the other side.. think doest it will help or it will ruin the friendship and affect the work that we share.
