Literally, being rich means having much wealth and money. But figuratively, richness should come in all areas of a person's life. You should be rich in emotions, people around you, profession, etc. And don't forget to be rich in the eyes of God.

Thanks for the enlightening comment. Yes, very often we forget that one may be poor in monetary terms but rich in other areas like culture and graciousness. I have had chances to work with people living in poor villages and they are so happy and contented. Who is to say they are poor? I would beg to differ.

Reach means, as per me,
broad minded, open heart and ready to accept all the good things of our society. Money is no doubt need but it should be expenced towards good jobs which are helpfull to us.
