I have taken some exercises to lose weight...running,doing aerobics...none of them was resultful and i donnt want to keep diet~~~enjoying cate is a so wanderful thing!can you give me some suggestions to eliminate redundant fat ??
Yoga !that is very useful way for you,neither to keep diet or being so tired .Lose weitht ,meanwhile ,can become a slender girl .
But remember ,it must to be patient.Do it half to one hour per day .
