dry chicken dishes, or chicken with gravy ... which u prefer???

i prefer both of them. unless they are both too oily. i don't like oily foods. if it is fried, the oil should be drained well, if with sauce the oils should not dominate the sauce...

I love sauce-less chicken. Call me weird, but I hate BBQ sauce, gravy and dipping sauces.

I tend to lean towards chicken without gravy, as there's less mess and I feel like you can do more with the flavor if you use sauces over using gravy. I love to eat any kind of chicken flavored with lemon or crusted with cheese, and when I have just plain chicken, I'd much rather eat it with ranch dressing or sour cream and onion dip than cover it in gravy.
