A better life

Well I am certainly not what some would call a bible thumper but here is my experience lately. I have been watching alot of Christian Broadcasting lately and in that a statement was made about being a blessing to someone else. Well it led me to begin to look for ways that I could try to be a blessing to others on a regular basis. and have found that it doesn't take alot to do so and funnily enough things have been looking better for me. My life has significantly improved. So Give it a shot.. What do you think?

Amen - it took me a looong time to learn this but I have seen where when I do for others, even the simplest thing, my life also goes better. I truely believe that God blesses those who help others.

I BECAME A BLESSING TO OTHERS 8 YEARS AGO WHEN I QUIT DRINKING AND GOT MY LIFE ON TRACK.BLESSINGS LIKE YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE.I'M NOW 57 AND GLAD I DID.OPEN A DOOR GIVE A SMILE,SAY GOOD MORNING ETC.SO MUCH HAPPIER NOW AS THE FAMILY AROUND ME.TAKE CARE MY FRIEND.ps.THE REDS ARE RUNNING ALONG SHORE YEEEEEEHA I GOT A 12 POUNDER 3 DAYS AGO.

Blessing someone else does enrich ones life. It's not something I do on a regular basis, but I do now and again and it is such a good feeling.

Hi Impervious, Yes, helping others is always a good thing! We should always carry one another's burdens. We are to love one another and help one another. When we bless others, we bless ourselves. It always makes you feel really good inside when you help someone. I love to make someone's day! It helps us deal with our own problems when we take time to help others with their problems. We deserve to have better lives. We still have more time to do it. We have to renew our souls and feel better again. Life is something to be experienced to the fullest. Have God with you always.

If you give, it shall be given unto you. When we bless others God promised to give us what we have sowed. It is so important to pour into people's live and be a blessing to them whenever we can and however we can. Today my life is blessed because I know I have spent half my life giving to others and doing for others. Today I can tell you that I have received gifts and blessings I know that are a result of doing good to others and giving back.
