how to improve capability of english?

Listen to the world service in English, speak with people from England, read English news papers or books. Well I think you could set up your own messenger with some of your friends and you all have microphones and actually talk to each other but make it a rule you have to speak English unless you are translating something..you can have fun while you learn...

Those that answered before me have given you some good advise. but I would suggest that you get a paper book and an audio book and as you read the book listen to the audio book. This will help with your pronounciation.

Tune in to English radio channels, TVs and movies....by exposing yourself greatky to the language medium, you would get familiarised easier

i think you should try ot converse with everyone around you in english only.initially you might make some grammatical errors but then its ok,you start talk.make this your habit.donont shy or feel embarrased if you are saying wrong english.many a times i have seen that because of the fear of failure people donot want to give a try.donot do like this.also see BBC news channel.read englisg magazines a lot.slowly and steadily you will become an english speaking person.

if u want to improve u r english just try to read english paper , some english books, novels , try to learn 1 to 2 new words from dictionary if u read atleast 1 word so u can learn very easily and try to communicate with the people in english talk in english talk with english people go to yahoo chat room with mic go to england or any english room try to communicate with them try to understand share conversation. I don't think that there are quick method to have good English. The more you practise, the better you will get. I am chinese too, working in the exproting company.

You don't need to speak quickly, you need to speak fluently. As for listening, a Close Captioning TV set will help. You will see captions in the English laguage when you watch a movie, with this TV.
