Do your kids phone you?

My kids are grown and gone from the home. My daughter lives in another province and my son lives here in the same city as we do. I had my son and daughter-in-law over for dinner last weekend. We stay in touch and talk or visit every week. My daughter is a different story. Even though she lives in another province she phones me every day. Today she phoned me and we talked for a half hour. She lets me know what's going on in her life.
Do your children keep in touch with you? Do they call a lot? Please share your stories about your children with me.

You are a very lucky parent. This is a time where children do not have time for their parents. But you have raised your kids with values and you are a blessed parent. My kids are still young and I am trying to make them people with high morals and values. I hope that I would success. Good luck and take care.

Thanks for the compliment. Yes, I did raise my kids that way. I always showed them I had time for them and for my parents. We visited my parents alot. I'm sure your kids will be the same way, as long as you show them how important they are to you. And by example, as to how close you are to your paents.

Wow. That's great that your children stay in touch. My two grown and gone stay in touch too. They call me all the time for "just because" conversations. I have to admit, I love it. Also my two sons that are still at home call me about every 30 minutes for "status" conversations when they are not home. I think it's kinda cute.
