As for me , i have serveral ideas to share with you . First, listening english programme when you do some cleaning or something not big deal . Take some time to listening some program in this channel you are interested in . But don't attempt to listen every word very clearly . This will help you improve your english listening ability agradually . If you have have taken years to learn english before ,two months after ,you will get the effects. Watching original version film is also a good way . But you can not rely on the script too much . You can spend some times to watch the film. I tried many times before without looking the script . I found i can listen what the actors saying more and more clearly . Try it if you agree with me . Then to listen and read over and digest some beautiful meaningful articles. Step by step , you will get much experiences and find out the most useful way for you to improve what you want to improve . What do you think ? Friend

Ok, i will give you a small advise. You can watch films with subtitles. That way, you can read what the people are talking and get used to the accent. It it extremely useful and worked for me too. Good luck with your learning.
