how to buy or pay in the internet

How can i pay for a small amount of money through the internet.No credit card,no debit card,only atm card.

If the site accepts PayPal, you may want to create a PayPal account using an EON debit card issued by Union Bank. If not ,then just use the EON debit card straightaway.Although there are some sites that don't accept debit cards.First of all open an account online with Union Bank of the Philippines- www.unionbankph.com, select which branch you would like to get your card. Next fund your account with cash, then create your PayPal account at www.paypal.com and you're good to go.

I have a paypal account,but i'm not using it.I would like to use a postal card,but the problem is we have no postal bank in the Philippines.I'm afraid to use a debit card,that is why i'm looking for other alternatives.

Determine what payment method are they accepting I mean the company from where you want to buy. Of course you have to follow that. Some receive checks, others money order. It really depends upon the policies of where you are buying.
