I remember the days when I collected those wrappers of the English toffees.I used to separate the cellophanes from the foil.I straighten the crushed cellophanes placing between the books and stack them up neatly,The different colors of the aluminum foils were used to decorate the tips of the different varieties of grass to make the x mas trees.

Hi!
Yes that's again an interesting collection.I know what you mean, as many girls and boys in my school too used to do that. They used it like you for decoration and they used it as confetti for the weddings in their families. They would cut the foil into small bits for making confetti.Have a good day.

I collect post cards. I love really vintage looking ones, but anything with an intersting front is good. I also collect flowers for drying, and have flowers from all of the important events in my life. I collect lotions. I collect lip gloss. and I collect books, as well as dvds. Oh, and I guess my husband would say I collect shoes haha.
