Shoaib Akhtar is reallly a great bowler.

Shoaib Akhtar is a match winner and there is no doubt about that. The only sad thing about him is that he often misses playing test matches due to injuries. Had he played all the test matches that came his way, he would have easily got past 300 test wickets. This is because he takes at the rate of 4 wickets per test match which is wonderful indeed!

Yes, you are indeed true that shoib akhtar was a gifted player for pakistan but unfortunately, he has been plagued with injuries and bad politics and his bad behaviors which have been ruining his career like anything and hope at this time that he will be back to form and continues like this for long time to come.

Shoaib akhthar is one of the greatest fast bowlers pakistan has eve produced.there has been times when he justs loses out of his line,but no bastman in the world has an answer for his inswinging yorker at 150kmph pace.its his ability to put on slower balls that really makes him a ver good bowler.he is a real match winner.the problem now is he is not having any other bowler to support him from the other end.this was the main reason for pakistan's failure in first test.i think when asif return,pakistani pace attack would be much much dangerous.

Shoaib is not doubt a great bowler but i think that despite having a pretty good bowling speed he does not use his mind while bowling. If he uses both at the same time, i.e., speed with brain, then he can become the best bowler of the world.

a great site to watch when akhtar is at his best
no doubt in that
had he given more emphasis on discipline and professionalism
he would hav reached heights that only few can
because at his best he can terrorise
the worlds best as we saw in the last test when he got dravid out
with a beauty

I would have rated him as the best ,had he not bowled with that action.U know when the pressure is on ,his action looked extremely dodgy .True he has got abnormal joints etc ,but sadly we can't make out whether he is bowling or chucking .It is almost similar.

I also think Shoaib Akhtar is a match winning bowler. The only problem he has is he gets lots of injuries. I think one of the reason for this is he is trying for more pace and is giving more effort. I think he should cut down the pace and runup to few steps and should try to keep himself fit. The chance of Pakistan winning matches are more if Shoaib Akhtar is playing matches and also he is a very good strike bowler.
