It has been a popular hobby right now.
Are you into it?
Why so? Why not?

Blogging is stupid, most people talk about rubbish in their blogs. But not very stupid now as some blogging places are now providing money to bloggers if there's a huge traffic. I have my own stupid blog too to jot down my dates with my boyfriend. And I'm surprised that there're visitors.
I like forums more, because topics have a point and have more interactions.

so if you think that blogging is rubbish, how come you have a blog?
I think that blogging is a better way for people to interact with online chums, just like forums... I like blogging more because in blogging you can say what you want to say, and no one can make you stop...

well i am into it because some say that you can generate lots of earnings from it. i cannot really attest to that since i havent earned a penny from it. but that doesnt keep me from blogging because i know that someday i can be able to earn from it. if not, then i will probably stop blogging. somehow im hopeful that i can be a regular blogger and can earn through it. well thats all i can say about blogging. what about you?

I must agree with you that blogging could be considered as a "popular hobby right now," especially since I believe that a lot of people are into it. I do like blogging because it serves as a very good platform where I could openly express my thoughts and feelings about issues that I truly feel strongly about, not to mention that it's a nice repository of pictures, videos, and other stuff.
It could also serve as an excitingly interesting venue where different viewpoints could be expressed and healthy enlightened (and enlightening) discussions could take place. A blog could likewise serve as a way to connect with other people in order to expand your network of friends or acquaintances.
It goes without saying, though, that the reasons I've mentioned for blogging are not the only reasons why I'm into it. I honestly hope that I have clearly and properly answered your very good questions. Happy myLotting, nengs10! ;)

I like blogging, and to read and subscribe to other blogs including many from right here in mylot. Blogging can be a engaging platform to interact if you want to, by contributing in the comments, subscribing, and posting your own blog(s). I like to express my thoughts hopefully to the reader's thoughts - a form of global social and perhaps educational connection. This I'm sure is successful and rewarding with many of the popular bloggers (e.g. lifehacker, problogger, shoemoney, dosh dosh, etc). I also learn from other bloggers, in terms of content, template layout and custimisation. This has tempted me to create another site listed in my profile, where I describe blog customisation (Internet Online Cash). I guess without blogs, the internet may be much less interesting and less inspiring, since many blogs relate to personal knowledge and experience...
