Do you work because you love your work or you just needed money?.
I've been working for 8 years. I became regular on my third job. I'm an employee. Too much work - low salary (lol). Anyways, I've been regular here for 5 years.
But lately, I find myself not enjoying my work anymore. I'm waiting /hoping for the clock to spin faster so I could go home right away.
I wanted to quit my job but I'm helping my family & also supporting my financial needs. I'm a bit bored with my job - doing same stuff everyday..What should I do?
How about you? Hows your work?...

I work because I am searching the meaning of the career that I have been looking all through my life. The meaning of helping others at the same time helping yourself discover a lot of things. :)

That's nice to hear that. I would like to ask you, what specific work you have right now, sounds like you're in a voluntary mission - helping out those people in need. Keep it up! Good work...

I am ok with my work now. I feel at peace with what I am doing now. I am part of an NGO -- we're the secretariat of the microfinance council in my country. The microfinance sector here has helped reduce poverty. :)
