You can cook rice to make it special in following manner. here is best recepie:-
A) Sweet Fried Rice with Almonds and Cinnamon - Chinese
Rice, Ceideburg 2
For 4 persons servings
Take
1 c Mixed dried fruit, diced
1 1/4 c Water
2 ts Of vanilla
1 tb Peanut oil
1/2 c Whole almonds
4 tb Butter
1/3 c Thinly sliced onion
1/3 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
3 c Cooked rice
pn Salt
1/8 ts Ground cloves
Here's an unusual use of the wok. I don't usually think of fried rice and fruit going together...
Soak the dried fruit in the water with 1 teaspoon of the vanilla for 40 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok; add almonds and stir-fry until toasted, about 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon.
Reduce the heat to moderate and add 2 tablespoons of the butter.
Add the onions and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add 1/4 cup of the sugar and continue to stir-fry until the sugar is melted and lightly caramelized.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon and the dried fruit mixture. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove to a bowl.
Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the wok; add rice, remaining vanilla, sugar and the salt. Stir-fry until rice is in separate grains and some grains have toasted lightly.Push the rice up the sides of the wok and pour the fruit in the center. Mix in the rice. Turn out onto a platter and decorate with the toasted almonds.
Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixed with cloves.

2 tb Oil, preferably peanut
2 c Long-grain rice

1 ts Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
4 oz Fresh bean sprouts
---GARNISH--------
2 tb Finely chopped scallions
CUT THE SHRIMP INTO FINE DICE. Blanch the peas in a
saucepan of boiling water for about 5 minutes if they
are fresh or 2 minutes if they are frozen. Drain them
in a colander. Heat a wok or large skillet until it is
hot. Then add the oil and wait until it is almost
smoking. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry it for 1
minute, and then add the shrimp, peas and salt.
Continue to stir-fry the mixture for 5 minutes over
high heat. Next add the beaten eggs and bean sprouts
and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes or until the
eggs have set. Turn the mixture onto a plate and
garnish it with the scallions.

Glo's Sausage Fried Rice
SUBMITTED BY: Gloria Gowins PHOTO BY: Dog Lovin' Mama
"This is an easy to prepare fried rice dished passed down by my Japanese mother. You won't find anything like it in the restaurants. Every time we have a family get-together or a covered dish luncheon at work, I am always requested to bring this rice."
INGREDIENTS
* 1 pound ground pork sausage
* 5 eggs, beaten
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1/2 head cabbage, cored and shredded
* 3 carrots, chopped
* 6 cups cooked white rice, cold
* 1/4 cup soy sauce, or to taste
* 1 (14.5 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained
* 1 (6 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
* ground black pepper to taste
* 3 green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS
1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until evenly browned. Drain, and remove sausage from the pan. In the same pan, using the remaining coating of grease from the sausage, scramble the eggs, stirring frequently until cooked through. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a very large skillet or electric skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry the cabbage and carrots just until the cabbage has wilted. Add the cold rice, and fry, stirring so that there are no clumps. Mix in the sausage and pour in some soy sauce. Stir in bean sprouts, peas, and eggs, mixing well so there are no big chunks of egg. Season with pepper, and stir in green onions just before removing from the heat. Adjust soy sauce to taste, and serve.
