most of the time we see that a girl friend is gifted chocolate by the lover not vice versa, husband giving chocolates to wife on birthday & wedding anniversary, not the other way round. women are more often presented with different brands of chocolates in festivals & other functions.. why this is so? may be because of the soft, romantic & fragrant quality of chocolate just like a girl or a woman. chocolate is more associated with feminine qualities & far away from d masculine, you will always find more girls than guys who will favor chocolate & like to be gifted with one or for that matter more than just one

My husband and my dad are both WAY my into chocolate than I am. But you are right, for some reason it seems that gifts of chocolate are marketed towards women. Maybe it is because when men want chocolate they just go buy it. Or perhaps it is because chocolate is always an easy gift to give if you don't have any other ideas- because what woman doesn't like to get the gift of chocolate. I have been seeing more and more chocolate gift sets come out for men, though. Last year I saw some chocolate in the shape of tools. I thought that was great!

it's very clear why chocolates are for women, women by nature are sweet unlike men they are hard and strong. its very unusual if a girl will give a chocolate to a man. chocolate is a symbol of sweetness and romance. the delicious the chocolate a man give to a woman, it means that the man feels that the girl he loves deserves that kind of sweet love.
