Does anyone have an easy chocolate fudge recipe that you care to share? I learned how to make peanut butter fudge, but I want to layer it with chocolate. Anyone?

It cannot get any easier than this. This is the one that I use. I change the flavor of the chocolate chips, also to peanut butter chips sometimes. Wonderful! Easy Fudge 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla In large bowl, combine condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 minutes or until melted, stirring once. Stir until smooth, add vanilla and stir well. Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan. Refrigerate until set. Makes 1 pound 9 oz.

1 1/2 stick butter/margerine 5 oz. sm can evaporated milk 3 cups sugar 1 12 bag semi sweet chocolate chips 1 7 oz jar of marshmellow cream Take your butter, milk and sugar, mix together over med heat, stirring all the time. After it comes to a gentle boil continue stirring for another 5 minutes. Then take off the heat and add chocolate and marshmellow, stir until well blended, spread in a lightly buttered pan. Varietions. You can add chopped nuts if you want when stirring in the chocolate and marshmellow, you can also add a spoon of peanut butter if you want. This recipe is on the back of a jar of Kraft marshmellow. I have been making this fudge for 25 yrs. and it always comes out good. There have been times I have seen other recipes close to this one, this particular one is the one I use.

from allrecipes.com Easy Chocolate Fudge Cake SUBMITTED BY: Colleen Culbertson PHOTO BY: JOYLISE "My mother has been baking this cake for parties for 55 years. People have me make it for every party I go to. It is wonderful and very easy." INGREDIENTS * 1 (18.5 ounce) package chocolate cake mix * * 1/4 cup butter * 2 cups white sugar * 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder * 1 cup heavy whipping cream * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract * 1/4 cup chopped walnuts DIRECTIONS 1. Bake a box chocolate cake as directed. While hot from the oven, poke holes over entire cake with a fork. While the cake is cooking prepare the fudge sauce. 2. For the fudge sauce: In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, cocoa and cream. Stir over medium heat until a full boil starts. Cook at a full boil for 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Pour while hot over warm cake. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve alone or with ice-cream.

It's been a while since you posted this, but my Mother has a friend that turned her on to this recipe. The easiest fudge recipe ever. I am the type that would always make fudge from scratch with the cocoa, sugar, vanilla, butter and milk on stove to soft ball stage, then beat with a wooden spoon until the gloss finishes. Yummy as can be, but hard on the arm and took a while. If you have the time it is the best and recipe can be found on the Hershey's cocoa can. If you want a fudge in about 3 minutes, buy a 16 oz jar of peanut butter, creamy or chunky and a plastic container of cake icing, I buy the chocolate fudge. Place each in the microwave for 1 minute, one right after the other. Stir them together in a bowl and pour into a dish and place in the fridge until firm. Let me know how you like it! I have made it over 10 times this past year and each place I take it I get raves!
