Welcome to myLot and congratulations for having two job offers. I would suggest you make a list of what each job offers. Start with the amount of pay. What other benefits such as health insurance, retirement, vacation, sick time does each one offer? Where are they located and how much time would you have to spend going to and from work. What kind of work is offered? Are there duties you enjoy or hate? Any other thing you can think of about each job that would appeal to you. Assign points to each item according to how important it is to you. For instance, how important is salary to you? That may be the number one concern, so it would get more points. After making your lists of pros for each job, add up the points and see which one has the most points. If you want to also make a list of what you don't like about each job and assign points for the negative things, then subtract those points from the positive totals. Sometimes writing things down can make them more clear. If they seem fairly even on most points, then a fast way is flip a coin. Heads is one job, tails is the other. You will find out really fast which one you really want down deep when you do that! You'll either like the outcome and go with it, or want to flip again. Good luck and God bless.

Always talented persons choose will be private sector only. Because your talent will be revealed and admired by them you will be in a suitable expectble position by them due to your talent. Also you can learn more than your allotted work and tenure. You can compel them to put you in higher positions as per your talent. In govt. jobs you must be addicted to only your allotted work. You will be not be spared to do other jobs . You cant a get chance to develope towards your expectations . Even you cant get migration in govt. towards your genius.
