I saw the new ad on tv for the movie Chimpmunks.

I wonder what other cartoons they are going to make live for movies. I liked the Garfield ones myself and the Flintstone ones were cool. I wish they would make one of the Jetsons that would be so neat. That was one of my favorite cartoons since childhood. What ones would you all like to see made into a movie?

I mentioned the Chipmunks movie a while back. I'm excited because I love Jason Lee, though I don't really see him much as Dave Seville.
The Jetsons would be a neat movie! I'd love to see that, especially with the movie technology of today!
The smurfs, the Snorks, the gummy bears, Rescue rangers, Punky Brewster, the care bears, soooo many cool things as a kid.
However, It always worries me when they turn movies into live action because you've really gotta keep the quality of the cartoon or original movie in tact.
like, they made a He-man movie in the 80's. Courtney Cox is in it. It's called Masters of the Universe. great movie! They made a Garbage Pail Kids movie too. Great movie. These were in the 80's so they kept that quality. I love Transformers but I think it did lose a little of the quality, but it's still an awesome movie.
The Garfield movies I liked cause it's Bill Murray, but I totally thought they could have been better (especially because Odie was horrible, he looked nothing like Odie!)

That is true they could have done a better job with Odie in Garfield. I have never seen Masters of the Universe. It sounds interesting though. I think it would be neat also to see Smurfs, Gummy Bears, Rescue Rangers, Punky Brewster and Care Bears.

My husband and I have seen previews for a live action Iron Man due out soon. I think Thundercats would be kinda cool if they did that live action. Or Gi Joe!

I would certainly love to see the Jetsons made into a movie as i love the Flintstones the movie. As to the chipmunks, i would look forward seeing it in the big screen also. My kids would certainly love it. I like wholesome movies to watch this season.

I love cartoons so much, Shaun, that I wish they would make them all into movies, LOL. I love Garfield, too, and have his cartoon strip delivered to my email daily. I also like Dagwood, Heckle and Jeckle, and Bugs Bunny. I would like to see any of the old ones.

i cant wait to see the movie chipmunks, and yeah i would like to see the jestons made into a movie, and do you remember watching the rescue rangers, i would like to see that made into a movie as well.
