a perfect company

is there a perfect company. i mean employees are content of their salary, the benefits etc. because here in my company the management are always planning of what they can give to employees so that employees will pursue to give good output. i'm just thinking that is it visible to satisfy an individual especially that the one will suffer are the company's profit?

Human beings can't satisfy forever. satisfation is relative, you have new demand after you got a satisfation.Just like Maslow said in his "hierarchy theory of need".
