To forgive and forget...does this works for you?

Is it easy for you to forgive the person who hurt you the most and forget what have happened?

I can forgive, but I can never forget. That just sets you up to be hurt all over again.

For me it depends on what was done wrong and how emotionally involved I really was. Most things I can forgive, but its hard to forget. Some people say they forget, but I really don't think they do.

I agree with you. Its easy to say you forgive but its really hard to forget because the damage is done. You cannot pick up all the pieces just like that...still the scar shows...
