God or Faith Experiences please that you might want to share with me...

Yes, I mean what Ilove to share insights about faith. I'm a Roman Catholic but this is open for everyone. I mean, even God Himself said that salvation is for everyone and not just for soem. I'm only 24 but you see our thinking nowadays is that discussions about this God is something only for old dummies... Well, hey fellow young citizens of earth, have we ever thought of giving God a nice place to saty in our lives at this point in time where advancement in technology is really driving us away, in fact far away from reality THAT GOD IS AND MUST BE THE CENTER OF OUR LIFE... Now who wants some change... we can help each other... share some thoughts please... It's just that somehow, after so many things that happened in my life I realized how I took for granted God in my life... and now I want to make some changes in my life and hopefully in the world... Naks... taas ba ambisyon... comment naman po kayo dyan o... Salamat... By the way I'm also a philosophy student...

You're a philosophy student, and said you're open-minded! I hope so and that it's not only in your mouth that you said you're open-minded. Fogive my point-blank words! Many people can easily say they're Christians but in their actions, they're not. It's not my opinion but based from God's Word the Bible. They lie, cheat, corrupt communication, fornicators, idolaters have their part in the lake of fire "that burneth with fire and brimstone." May I ask you this simple question and deep down in your heart, evaluate it truly and sincerely: If you die today, where will you be? Heaven or hell?

I can't be sure about anything. Not that I'm being a skeptic or something but when it comes to your question "where do I think I would go if I die today?' well I guess I will annoy you if I will say that I'll go to heaven. I know I'm not perfect and I'm a human being not born to make mistakes just like in a song but I was born just like you and the others to strive hard enough in order to enter heaven when we die... I don't know where I will be when I close my eyes today but as far as my being a Catholic is concern or should I say a believer, it's my duty to do everything to please God in everything that I do each day. I do understand your point when you said that many people say they are Christians but do bad things. I am a sinner myself and I can't say that I'm not sinning or anything at all. I believe that the whole truth about faith is that many of us profess our faith but don't actually live each day as if we understand it by our hearts. Especially the younger generation of today... my fellow youths who are being engaged in so many things that they don't really understand. They just do it for fun... But I also believe that it's not yet too late to change the world and give the seed of true Faith to grow in our hearts... Thanks for that wonderful question... But may I ask, do you think you can do something to help change the world even in your own little way? How?

faith in God is very important in order to attain salvation, but blind faith will only lead to doom, take you away from salvation. today there are many religions on earth which claim salvation, many people are finding peace also following such religions without knowing the facts about their own religion, some are worshipping idolators but still findng peace and are in a hope that they will attain salvation, some worshipping human God and finding peace. all are claiming salvation, but to find the truth you need to study the religion, how can you do this, ofcourse through religious scriptures, you have to explore them, there are many religous scriptures claiming to be God's word, we can only believe on those which are accurate, with no single contradiction and have been preserved since centuries. i can find only one such scripture and that is holy Quran, i am not saying this because i am a muslim but it's a fact. we can easily prove many contradictions in bible and other religious books, but no one can find single contradiction in holy book Quran.
