How do i start it ?

i always want to have something cogitative written out...and i have tried some times while there was little harvest.it seems that to start a little easily,just one or two paragraphs,but never further .i was always disturbed by more than two ideas in my mind~~~~~maybe it is not mature to start a novel~~~
