How much you charge your mobile

How much charge your mobile friends while I charge my mobile 2 hrs. Mobile battery can be damages immediately if I charge it much more time.

I never really known about how much time I always charge mine, I just plug the charger and leave until I past thru it and unplug it when I see it's full. But I think it's ok with nowadays mobile coz most of the batteries are lithium.
