Is Bush like Ron Burgundy?

Maybe its just me, but I just watched another great speech by George Bush. Besides reminding of 8th grade, I truly wonder if Bush's speech skills are similiar to Ron Burdgundy's? For instance if there is a typo on his teleprompter, will he say it? I think he will. I
